On 21 November a coach leaves Olten for the BRAWO fair

At BRAWO in Stuttgart, from 20 to 22 November 2026, the Schweizer Blasmusikverband (SBV), the Swiss wind band association, has a stand.¹ Its partner there is the music academy of the German federation BDB.¹ More than 150 companies from eleven countries show instruments, sheet music and accessories at the wind orchestra fair.¹

The fair ticket includes more than 30 concerts and around 50 workshops.¹ From Switzerland come the teaching material 'musik-wissen – easy to learn' and the session 'RHYTHMIK verstehen – fühlen – spielen' (understanding, feeling and playing rhythm).¹

Alongside, the fifth European Championship for Wind Orchestras (ECWO) takes place on the same site.¹ The starting list Unisono published in August names ten orchestras, none of them from Switzerland.²

For Saturday, 21 November, the SBV offers a day trip with Born Reisen.¹ Coach and fair ticket together cost CHF 85 per person.¹³ From 6.30 the coach stops in Olten, Däniken, Aarau, Lenzburg, Würenlos and Kemptthal, and is due back in the Olten area around 21.00.¹
